JOVAN I. BUDIMIR
Jovan Budimir is the founding partner of the Budimir / Panjković / Zlatić Law Office.
He has been practicing law since 2014, providing legal support to both domestic and international clients in complex legal and commercial matters. Throughout his career, he has represented individuals and corporate clients before courts and government authorities, while also advising companies on their day-to-day business operations.
His primary areas of practice include commercial law, contract law, civil law, and commercial dispute resolution. He is committed to delivering practical, efficient, and sustainable legal solutions tailored to each client’s specific interests.

Nikola Panjković is a partner at the Budimir / Panjković / Zlatić Law Office.
He began his legal career immediately after graduating from law school. Following the successful completion of the Serbian Bar Exam, he continued developing his legal practice by representing both individuals and legal entities while providing legal advice across various areas of law.
His practice focuses primarily on civil law, labour law, and administrative law, with significant experience in judicial and administrative proceedings. He provides clients with legal support based on thorough analysis, effective representation, and practical solutions tailored to their individual needs.

NIKOLA D. ZLATIĆ
Nikola Zlatić is a partner at the Budimir / Panjković / Zlatić Law Office.
He began his legal career immediately after graduating from law school, first as a trainee attorney and later as a judicial trainee. After passing the Serbian Bar Exam in 2020, he continued his professional career as an attorney, representing both individuals and corporate clients in a broad range of legal proceedings.
For more than eight years, he has provided legal advice and represented clients before courts and other public authorities. His practice is primarily focused on civil and criminal law, with particular emphasis on thorough case preparation, effective legal representation, and protecting his clients’ interests.

Nataša Stojadinović
Nataša Stojadinović graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in 2015 and subsequently enrolled in postgraduate (Master’s) studies. While pursuing her Master’s degree, she began her legal traineeship at a law office in Belgrade in 2016.
She passed the Serbian Bar Exam in 2018 and was admitted to the Belgrade Bar Association as an attorney. Since then, she has continuously practiced law, with a primary focus on employment law, family law, and media law.
She is a member of the Centre for Judicial Research (CEPRIS) and has authored several legal articles as part of the Open Judiciary Initiative.
OLGA MATIĆ
Olga Matić graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in 2022. Immediately after graduation, she joined our law office as a trainee lawyer.
She is currently developing her expertise in several areas of law, with a primary focus on civil law and commercial law.
Olga is fluent in both English and French.
Dejana Čolović
Dejana Čolović graduated from the Faculty of Law, Union University in Belgrade, in 2023.
During her studies, she worked for a real estate company, where she gained valuable knowledge and practical experience in the real estate sector. Upon graduation, she began her legal career as a trainee lawyer.
Dejana is fluent in English.
PETAR VUGDELIĆ
Petar Vugdelić graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, in 2024 and immediately joined our law office as a trainee lawyer.
He is currently specializing in several areas of law, with a primary focus on criminal law and misdemeanor law.
